Advertiser understands and agrees that Franklin Farm Foundation (the "Foundation") includes advertisements solely for the convenience of users of the Home Page, and that the Foundation does not endorse or recommend any commercial products, processes, or services.  The advertiser hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the Foundation, its officers, directors, and agents, harmless from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, penalties, damages, obligations, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or connected with the advertisement or the sale of goods and/or services arising therefrom.

CLASSIFIEDS:  All online advertisers must be advertisers in the current monthly publication The Almanac.   When placing an Almanac ad, check the appropriate box on the request form. Advertisers under the age of 18 (lawn mowing, babysitting services, etc) require a signature from a parent or guardian to include the ad on the Web site.

DISPLAY ADS: Display ads are not accepted for the Web site.

DEADLINE:  10th of each month for the following month (12 noon the following workday if the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday). Please include the request form with your payment when submitting to the Foundation office.

ONLINE RATE:  No extra charge
